457 Conference Room Directions

Local Computer Content (No Polycom)

  1. Turn on Projector 1 over conference table (Sharp remote)
  2. Change projector input to "Computer 1" (Sharp remote)
  3. Plug "VGA INPUT" cable into computer
  4. When finished, please change projector input back to HDMI and press "Standby" button

===Polycom

Turn on Devices

  1. Turn on TV (Samsung Remote)
    • TV displays Polycom camera on video source HDMI2
  2. Turn on Projector 1 over conference table (Sharp Remote)
    • Projector 1 displays Polycom computer content on video source HDMI
    • Projector 1 is also speaker source for room
  3. Turn on Polycom (Polycom remote)
    • Point remote at camera
    • Be patient, boot up takes a few minutes.
    • Polycom home screen is on TV or Projector 2
  4. Projector 2 mirrors Polycom display on TV (no remote)
    • Projector 2 displays Polycom camera on video source HDMI
  5. There are 2 cables for computer content labeled "Polycom content input" and "VGA Content"
    • "Polycom content input" cable is for sending computer content to remote site
    • "VGA INPUT" cable is for displaying locally over Projector 1 only
