I'm not sure what Zombie does -- could someone please edit this?
The Zombie manual is here.
To setup a directory to run Zombie do this:
Zombie_Setup <zombie work directory>
This will create the directory and copy a bunch of file into it. For a quick check of things try this:
cd <zombie work directory> ./zombie.sh exa/ex1a.inp
The sub-directory named exa contains some examples. The above runs the first example from that directory.
