Device Setup
- Turn on TV (Samsung Remote)
- TV displays Polycom camera on video source COMPONENT1
- Turn on Polycom (Polycom remote)
- If sending computer content, plug POLYCOM CONTENT INPUT cable into computer
- Thin VGA cable with blue connectors
Making a Call
- Press Home button
- Select Place a Call
- Enter the IP address and press Call button
- Remote site should answer automatically
Sending computer content
- Turn on Projector over conference table (Sharp remote)
- Change projector input to Computer 2 (Sharp remote)
- Establish video call with remote site
- Plug POLYCOM CONTENT INPUT cable into computer
- Press Content button and select Computer (use the right arrow key)
- Verify remote site can see content
Local Computer Content (No Polycom)
- Turn on Projector over conference table (Sharp remote)
- Change projector input to Computer 1 (Sharp remote)
- Plug VGA INPUT cable into computer
- Thick black VGA cable connected directly to wall
