457 Conference Room Directions
- 457 Whittemore Polycom Address: 128.173.90.254
Local Computer Content (No Polycom)
- Turn on Projector 1 over conference table (Sharp remote)
- Change projector input to Computer 1 (Sharp remote)
- Plug VGA INPUT cable into computer
- When finished, please change projector input back to HDMI and press Standby button
Polycom
Device Setup
- Turn on TV (Samsung Remote)
- TV displays Polycom camera on video source HDMI2
- Turn on Projector 1 over conference table (Sharp Remote)
- Projector 1 displays Polycom content on video source HDMI
- Projector 1 is also speaker source for room
- Turn on Polycom (Polycom remote)
- Point remote at camera
- Be patient, boot up takes a few minutes.
- Polycom home screen is on TV or Projector 2
- Projector 2 mirrors Polycom display on TV (no remote)
- Projector 2 displays Polycom camera on video source HDMI
- If sending computer content, plug in POLYCOM CONTENT INPUT cable
Making a Call
- Press Home button
- Select Place a Call
- Enter the IP address and press Call button
- Remote site should answer automatically
Sending computer content
- Establish video call
- Plug POLYCOM CONTENT INPUT cable into computer
- Press Content button and select Computer
- You should see content on Projector 1
- Verify remote site can see content
Audio Problems
Both the Polycom and Sharp projector have volume controls, please verify both are turned up
