I'm not sure what Zombie does -- could someone please edit this?
The Zombie manual is here.
To setup a directory to run Zombie do this:
Zombie_Setup <zombie work directory>
This will create the directory and copy a bunch of files into it. For a quick check of things try this:
cd <zombie work directory> ./zombie.sh exa/ex1a.inp
The sub-directory named exa contains some examples. The above runs the first example from that directory. If that works, great!
In general, to run Zombie, you must go into your Zombie work directory and type
./zombie.sh <input file name>
