Karim Said received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Mansoura University, Egypt and the M.S. and PhD degrees from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, respectively. Now he works as a postdoc in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA. His current research interests include waveform design for ultra-reliable low latency communications, multi-mode fiber communications and statistical learning theory.

Shashank Jere received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2014 and 2016 respectively. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as a Platform and Product Development engineer at Qualcomm Technologies Inc in San Diego, CA working on sub-6GHz and mm-Wave transceiver SoCs. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech. His research interests are in the broad area of wireless communications, neural networks, machine learning/deep learning and beyond-5G networks. Shashank was a research intern in Intel Labs for the summer of 2021 working on machine learning for wireless networks.

Yibin Liang received the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Wireless@Virginia Tech and the Multifunctional Integrated Circuits and Systems (MICS) research groups in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His current research interests include information theory, communication networks, machine learning, VLSI, and future intelligent computing systems. Yibin is a receipt of 2020 Qualcomm Innovation Fellow and spent his summer of 2021 in the Standards and Mobility Innovation Lab of Samsung Research America.

Jiarui Xu received the B.S. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2017, and the M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, in 2019. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA. Her research interests include deep learning, machine learning, and their applications in wireless communications.
