PuTTY is a SSH client for Windows.

To Get PuTTY go to the downloads page and select the first option of PuTTY.exe Save the file to your desktop (fg.1).
Now open up PuTTY.exe, as you can see there is installation required.
You will need to select, oh the left side categories, under the SSH option the tunnels option. Here you will want to enable X11 Forwarding(fg.2).
