To Get PuTTY go to the [http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html downloads page] and select the first option of PuTTY.exe

Save the file to your desktop (fg.1). Now open up PuTTY.exe, as you can see there is installation required. Now you will want to select, oh the left side categories, under the SSH option the tunnels option. Here you will want to enable X11 Forwarding(fg.2).

PuTTY is a SSH client for Windows.
