  1. Turn on TV (Samsung Remote)
    • TV displays Polycom camera on video source COMPONENT1
  2. Turn on Polycom (Polycom remote)
  3. If sending computer content, plug POLYCOM CONTENT INPUT cable into computer
    • Thin VGA cable with blue connectors

[edit] Making a Call

  1. Press Home button
  2. Select Place a Call
  3. Enter the IP address and press Call button
  4. Remote site should answer automatically

[edit] Sending computer content

  1. Turn on Projector over conference table (Sharp remote)
  2. Change projector input to Computer 2 (Sharp remote)
  3. Establish video call with remote site
  4. Plug POLYCOM CONTENT INPUT cable into computer
  5. Press Content button and select Computer (use the right arrow key)
  6. Verify remote site can see content

  1. Turn on Projector over conference table (Sharp remote)
  2. Change projector input to Computer 1 (Sharp remote)
  3. Plug VGA INPUT cable into computer
    • Thick black VGA cable connected directly to wall
