COURSE OBJECTIVES:
To address fundamental testing issues, problems, and solutions in digital circuits and systems.

3. Fault Modeling (2 lectures)
4. Fault Simulation and Coverage Estimation (3 lectures)
5. ATPG for Stuck-at Faults, combinational and sequential (4.5 lectures)
6. Test set compaction (1.5 lectures)
7. Untestable Fault Identification (1 lecture)
8. ATPG for Non-Traditional Faults (3 lectures)
9. Design For Testability and BIST (3 lectures)
10. Memory & SOC Testing (1 lecture)
11. Diagnosis (2 lectures)
12. Mixed Signal Test (1 lecture)
