Google Zoom
Zoom is the latest portable video conferencing software tool (such as WebEx and Skype for Business) that is suggested on our systems. It can be installed and run over a laptop instead of an in-place solution such as PolyCom. Rooms 302, 457A and 457B currently officially support this program and use PID user password for authentication.
